Simply call the Claims Department at (800) 733-1980 to report your claim.  A staff of Initial Claims Processors is on hand to take all of the information from you, and instruct you on the next steps.  You will be issued a Claim Number for reference on all future contact between us.

Regular claims reporting hours are M-F, 8AM to 4:30PM.  Should you need to report an emergency claim situation during the weekend, holidays, or after-hours, please call (800) 733-1980 to receive instructions on contacting emergency assistance.  Certain events, such as a broken water pipe in your home, a storm, or a fire can create an immediate need for emergency assistance.
