At Century-National, in addition to serving our individual policy holders for property and automobiles, we also provide insurance programs for mortgage lenders, banks, finance companies, credit unions and savings and loan companies. What are some of the benefits?

  • 401(k)  The company will match dollar for dollar on the first 4% of the employee's deferral.

  • Medical Insurance  Choice between HMO type or indemnity coverage available.

  • Life Insurance  $20,000 coverage.

  • Dental Insurance  Choice between DMO Plan and DPPO Plan.

  • Vacation 5 days after 6 months of employment, 10 days after 1 year;  Up to 20 days a year based on years of service.  May take in full or half day increments.

  • Sick Time 6 days per year. Accumulate up to 20 days.

  • Company Holidays 10 days per year.

  • Personal Holidays 2 days each year after completion of 6 months of employment.  Up to 5 days a year based on years of service.

  • Profit Sharing  Company contributes between 1 - 3%.

  • Formal Wellness Program Offering Positive Lifestyle Change class sessions, material on various health subjects and a wellness environment.

  • Employee Wellness Programs  Ergonomic evaluations and training, Annual flu shots, Educational articles in newsletter on health & safety, EAP, Annual CPR/1st Aid training for selected employees.

  • Service Awards  On first anniversary, 5th and every subsequent 5th anniversary.

  • Mother's Room for returning mothers after maternity leave.

    A variety of voluntary products may be purchased or set up including

  • Voluntary Term Life $50,000 for employees, $25,000 for spouse and $10,000 for each child.

  • College Bound Fund  Employees may set up a fund to pay for future college tuition with earnings tax deferred.

  • AFLAC  Choices include: Personal Accident, Voluntary Indemnity Plan, Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan and Personal Short Term Disability.

  • Long Term Disability   Benefits, 50% of salary, are paid after a 90-day elimination period, benefits are coordinated with any other disability benefits received.

  • Long Term Care Coverage is 100% portable.

  • Credit Union  May join E-Central Credit Union or Lockheed Federal Credit Union at any time

  • Discount Passes   and Special ticket offers from various tourist attractions may be purchased from Human Resources
