What does the Century-National Mobile Homeowner Policy cover?

Century-National covers these items in the mobile homeowners policy: your mobile home and structures attached such as a carport; detached structures such as a detached carport, storage shed, fences, and walkways; your home contents and personal effects; loss of use of the home; liability for injury to guests; and medical expenses for injuries to others while on your property.

What types of perils are insured?

The policy covers many perils including fire, lightening, windstorm, sudden water damage from broken pipe, theft of contents, and other perils. If the loss is from a sudden and accidental event, there is a good chance it will be covered.

What types of perils are excluded?

Earthquake losses are excluded. Depending on the location of your mobile home park, flood losses may also be excluded. However, it is possible to purchase coverage for both of these perils through

Century-National. Losses from wear and tear or from settling of foundations are not intended to be covered by the mobile home policy and are excluded. There are other exclusions in the policy.

How is Century-National’s coverage better?

We pride ourselves on offering replacement cost coverage up to policy limits on your home and contents, as well as high personal liability limits. What’s more, if your home is 20 years or newer we even provide guaranteed replacement cost on your home meaning we will pay above policy limits if necessary. Also, Century-National’s performance in some of the worst disasters demonstrates that we do not abandon customers when times are tough. We meet the needs of customers.

What is Century-National's financial rating?

Century-National carries an A- “Excellent” rating from A.M. Best Company, the most recognized insurance rating analyst.
